“Comfortable and warm hotel”
Free extra bed, free welcome drink, service enthusiasm, the superior geographical position would allow me to experience a five-star hotel standards
“Wonderful”
Beautiful Hotel and the service and staff was great
“Value alternative to all”
The hotel is more of a high end business hotel than a hotel for families however the staff is very professional and hardworking. It is not a large hotel but if you dont need the extra gardens and waterfall landscaping of larger hotels, this hotel gives a great value.
“March Stay”
Great hotel. Room was extremely clean. Staff was overwhelmingly friendly and willing to assist with anything. I was very pleased with this room and plan on staying there again when I come back.
“Mario”
I like to go back there this is my 3th time at this hotel i found it bether than diamond
“Butler Service Unrivalled”
The Pan Pacific Hotel, Manila lives up to its reputation for high quality service. The rooms are very well appointed and maintained. A particularly good feature is the highly efficient group of butlers who attend to guests requirements. They are capable of dealing with complex requests and are a cut above the ordinary hotel staff. Security in the hotel is good with armed guards outside and a security key system for all lifts and doors. This is needed as the area around the hotel attracts peddlers, beggars, et al ; however this is not a major hassle except late at night. I never felt threatened or unsafe in the area of Malate.
“Good hotel in a good area”
This was a nice, comfortable hotel. The butler service was impressive. The only thing I had an issue with was the fact that they charge for you to use the computer in the business center. Considering that they offer free wi-fi in the rooms, that did not make much sense to me.
“Best Ever”
This hotel puts any hotel Ive ever stayed at to shame. The service was extraordinary. The workers couldnt do enough for us. Here is the key difference; in the USA, when you ask someone to help you, if it isnt their job or field that is what they say, like: "sorry, but I dont handle that". At the Pan Pacific, if you ask someone something and it isnt their job, they make sure they connect you with the correct personnel or find out how to take care of it themselves. As I already said, "EXTRAORDINARY".
“excellent hotel”
The satff can not do enough for you at this hotel, everyone is polite and helpfull, and the hotel exceeds all expectations and is ceratinly 5 star.....
“Very Nice. Very friendly. Top choice”
We spent 2 nights in Manila for New Year before heading down to Borocay. The hotel is in a handy position with a few nice bars/restaurants nearby. Also, only a couple of hundered yards from a huge shopping Mall. Staff were incredibly friendly and our room was superb. Breakfast very extensive and is had on the 21st Floor giving great views. This hotel was great value and we would happily use it again. Not the place to spend more than one or two nights ( nor is anywhere in Manila ) but for a break on the way through, it was excellent.
