“Nice hotel- friendly staff”
The hotel was a little difficult to find but once we got there we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle int town worked out great!
“Luxurious Oasis in Marrakech”
Great hotel with fantastic rooms. We had 'riad' style accommodation - 3 rooms on two levels around an outside courtyard. We were situated next to the lovely wading pool where we could relax/sunbathe directly outside our riad, away from noisy kids by the main pool. (The hotel was busy as it was the school holidays). Our kids(15, 13,12) would read quietly and then nip to the main pool for a swim, just 30 seconds away. Great massage in the haman. Breakfast very good but a little pricey. Nothing much in the on site shop, although they do have bread and beer! One family had organised a taxi to take them to the nearest supermarket, wait for them to shop and return. Think you need to do this if you are there for more than a couple of days. Good shuttle into town but need to be early to get a seat and to make sure it doesn't leave from the centre of town too early. Would have no hesitation returning to the Adama and recommending it to everyone. Tranquility amongst the madness of Marrakech.
“Hotel Adama”
We had a lovely stay at the Adama Resort hotel. The bus shuttle to and from the airport was excellent, as was the daily shuttle bus runs to and from the square. Lasson the bus driver was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel staff were also very friendly, in particular Mohammad in the restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on our first and last night and we were very happy with the food and service. Buffet breakfast was great, a good selection of breads, pastries, cakes, yogurt, meat and cheese as well as cooked items. The only negative from the whole stay was that we would have liked to have seen drinking water available each morning at breakfast, it was only available on the first morning, the tea/ coffee girl could have been more on the ball. Overall we were delighted with our choice of hotel. We would recommend this hotel to others.
“Great hotel, good service, lovely rooms and pool”
A great place to relax. Very peaceful. Good service, lovely rooms (inc kitchen etc), gardens and pool. The free shuttle bus was good and reliable. Would stay there again but probably not bother with having breakfast (other meals or expensive drinks) there. Breakfast varied from being a buffet (inc fruit, cereal, pancakes, cheese, meat, cold scrambled eggs etc) when more people were staying to just cakes, croissants and bread etc. (no complaints about quantity) when less people were there during the week.
“Nice hotel but lacking in service”
A great hotel with good facilities in the rooms. The shuttle to the main square is very handy and will save you a lot of money. However the services in the hotel are not what we expected. Breakfast was very basic and the same every day. Most days they ran out of certain items. The restuarant is also very basic. The menu is limited and the portions are very small. There is nothing to do around the resort so if you don't want to go out then you really are limited with options. Overall a plesant stay but I'd not stay here again.
