“very impressed”

If we were to be really "picky" the only downside which deterred us from taking extra lunches at the pool side dining area. The fruit /dessert area was open to hosts of flies (wasps? ...did not care to examine too closely) which is not something we would expect at 5 star. A tiny blot on an otherwise faultless stay. Would still recommend to all but advise "skip the pool food"

“Wonderful Marrakech retreat”

Beautiful hotel, rooms and grounds. Very friendly, honest and helpful staff, many of whom speak English, French and Arabic. Excellent food! Located a few kilometers outside of the blaring horns, traffic and pollution of central Marrakech ~ which was a perfect retreat at the end of the day. Will stay here every time we are in Marrakech!

“Great holiday!”

It was a lovely, relaxing place with very big rooms. One thing I would note is that the hotel itself (not in the rooms) is actually quite cold. I would recommend taking a jumper for the evenings! The main swimming pool is also very cold. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Entertainment was quite limited but I suppose that's because we went in February. Also, there is an extra charge for use of the gym and spa. The shuttle bus is very handy and made the trip a lot easier and cheaper when trying to get into the city centre. Very nice hotel.

“Nice 5 star hotel”

Great for a family. Guest relations and the miniclub for children worked well. The hotel free shuttle bus was very useful. A taxi can be organised by the hotel from the airport which is pricy but means there is no hassle when you get off the plane. Money can be changed in the hotel which means no need to get money at the airport. Outdoor heated swimming pool which is warm in the winter.

“Excellent value for money.”

The Eden Andalou hotel is lovely, the gardens are well kept and enhance the o hotel perfectly. We were on an all inclusive basis and found the food to be excellent an abundant choice at breakfast including freshly cooked pancakes and omelettes. Lunch and dinner were also excellent with full 3 course hot and cold buffet available at both lunch and dinner. Our room was comfortable and spacious and looked out over the pool which was Clean and well kept. Overall excellent value for money highly recommended.

“Comfortable hotel for everyone.”

The hotel was quite nice, however I think the English should be improved and the team should be trained so they can interact with the customers. The breakfast buffet should also be reviewed as customers should not be paying for their omelettes.

“Our stay at the Eden Andalou 5 star hotel.”

Hotel is about 15mins from the airport which was great. Met by the animation team who booked us in and gave a tour around the hotel later. Found it a bit odd that the reception staff at the desk did not book us in. The reception staff did not speak much English and did not see any customer relations desk there. Very disappointed that there was a charge to use the gym and the gym was not spacious. Restaurant food was very repeatative not much choice, tables were not replaced with cutlery's after being cleared for the next people to sit and eat at the table. Enjoyed the view of Mount Atlas from the hotel. Great entertainment by the animation team Amina, Sarah, Mohammed, the 2 Hassan's every night and during the day, but the bar was very smokey where people are allowed to smoke in the Jazz bar. There is a charge of 4 euros per person plus tax every night of your stay. The driver who took us for the excursions did not speak a word of English so please be aware that you ask for a English speaking tour guide. My phrases to the animation team and their commitment.
