“Perfect Getaway Spot”
We were looking for a quiet place to just relax for a week, and definitely found it at Napili Kai! The staff was friendly and very helpful, and we had a wonderful view of Napili Bay from our lanai. One afternoon we even saw whales just outside the bay. The grounds were beautiful. It was just a comfortable place to hang out, whether at one of the pools, or at the beach. The Mai Tai Party on Wednesday evenings was a blast. We are already looking forward to bringing our family back next year. I think if you're looking for the whole Maui megaresort experience, then Napili Kai is not the place for you. But if you want a friendly, quiet and intimate place to relax and enjoy Maui, you should check this out.
“Wonderful, magical place. I will definitely be back.”
I can't imagine a better location to vacation in Maui. The beach is the best I've ever enjoyed. The snorkeling on site was absolutely wonderful and the equipment was free. I don't believe there's a bad room location in the place. The ocean views were priceless. I love the pace of the resortl. It's not a high energy party palace and that's the best thing about it. Don't go here if you're looking for girls wearing thongs on the beach. It's not that cliche. Mostly families and older people and couples who appreciate a low key, relaxed pace. Our studio had a great kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. The onsite restaurant was great with a fabulous location right on the beach. I was truly happy with my stay. If you want to really experience the relaxation of a beach front resort vacation, this is the place.
“Always go back!!”
This is our second stay here and we plan on making it an annual trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful, plus you can't beat the beach!! The snorkeling is awesome and most things are included that aren't some other hotels. The internet and lounge chairs are included as well as beach towels, snorkel gear and flotation devices. we love this place and can't wait to go back!!
“Returning next year for sure!”
Great staff, comfortable room, very relaxing. Beach was impeccably clean and staff super helpful and friendly. Restaraunt was fantastic
“The pictures dont do this place justice!!!!”
By far the best kept grounds on a hotel I have ever seen. Every view is like a postcard. Very clean. Crew was working every morning with the landscaping. Dont spend the extra money on a ocean view unless you really want it. Get a rental car. Out of the way of everything. Peaceful. Saw baby turtles while snorkeling on reef. Phenomonal breakfast for a great prices. Dinner so-so. Quiet. Big balcony. Staff friendly-even picked out a good pizza place for us one night. Cant see how this isnt a 5 star resort. A couple/family place-not a single scene place. Highly recommend it!!!
“Extremely friendly staff; immaculate grounds”
Excellent service. Restaurant had good food; value comparable to surrounding restaurants. Good for families and couples. Lots to do. Best beach around.
“Best Hotel in Maui”
The Napili Kai brings you back to old Hawaii. Every room is right on the beach with a breathtaking view. On Monday nights there is a putting contest with .50 drinks and Wednesday nights a Mai-Tai party. You can arrange what time you want daily maid service. The hotel even provides free snorkeling masks and fins. I love this hotel. Every room has a kitchen so no need to eat all your meals out (which would get quite expensive). Our rooms are so close to the beach we even saw whales from our deck! This is the only hotel that I will ever stay at while in Maui. In fact, this is our 4th time at this hotel. We love it!
“We'll stay again if we return to Maui”
* See the Napali Foundation show on Tuesday evening; young, mostly native, performers supported by the foundation. Very good. * The hotel is on a small cove with a quiet, safe beach with excellent snorkeling. * Even better, walk the the next beach, to the north (Kapula Beach). Even better snorkeling within 10 feet of the shore.
“Best on Napili Beach”
The hotel and the grounds were much prettier than the pictures posted. I was extremely happy. Great views from almost every angle. Landscaping was gorgeous.
