This was a quick 4 night stay in London, our first time visiting. The hotel was perfectly situated, walking distance to pretty much everything! Lots of pubs and restaurants very close by in Soho and Covent Garden, very easy to get to Trifalger square and Leicester square.

I was impressed by all aspects of the hotel. Great location, very friendly staff. The room was very nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and sheets. Nice bathroom. Beautiful common areas and great food. I had to leave a day early and gave the hotel very shirt notice but they did not charge me.
The place of this hotel in the Medel between Oxford str. And Harold's . You can wolk to peccadeely cearcus it takes 30 m. Only inside this hotel I can tell you it's gorges marvelous they belt this hotel only one year ago . I can recumend you to choose this hotel in London .
Wonderful boutique hotel tucked off a quiet street in the heart of Mayfair. Beautifully appointed rooms, with amenities to please the most discerning. Incredibly attentive staff. Fabulous restaurant and bar. A true gem!
In a word - special, its a Grand Hotel with all the flourishes and service of the grand hotels, and yet its kept pace with the world as well. Its breathtaking, a spectacle and a place you are made to feel welcome and special.
We love Browns Hotel! The last time I stayed here was 30 years ago and it has not diminished at all in terms of service or comfort. The staff were terrific and very helpful on a number of occasions -- getting taxis, giving directions, making reservations for high tea -- and it made our stay so nice.
If you stay at a hotel like the Cafe Royal, you expect something special and, celebrating our anniversary, we were not disappointed. The first thing to say is that service is exemplary. From the genuinely friendly welcome of the doorman, who took charge of our bags and escorted us to reception, to reception staff escorting us to our room and explaining facilities, and prompt and attentive staff in bars and dining area, we honestly could not have been better looked after.
The room was very comfortable and the bathroom exceptional - lovely marble walls, and TV set into the mirror
We found one of the bars a bit busy and noisy, so opted for the 'champagne' bar where we sampled an Oscar (after Oscar Wilde) champagne cocktail and glass of wine. The drinks are priced a bit on the high side, and the music choice did not quite fit the surroundings - fantastic mirrored walls with ornate gold frames and paintings on the ceilings looked fantastic (see photo) but maybe better with something more relaxed and laid back rather than the edgy and funky music that had been chosen.
The food was excellent as you would expect - quality ingredients and cooked and presented with great care.
We would definitely consider a return, and think value overall is good, considering the qualty and its prime locaton
