“It was the best”
It was amazing. I didn't want to leave. The hotel workers were excellent. This was the best looking hotel on the block and there were plenty of other big name hotels on the same block and location.
“Great place to stay”
Impressive staff (except concierge is pretty ineffective). Facility is immaculate -- inside and out. Great size -- big enough to have lots of amenities, not so big you are lost and a number. (Desk staff greeted us by name after the first day!) Great beach. Location to town was good -- short cab ride to downtown. Still located in authentic Mazatlan, not the "Nuevo" section that appears to be no different than Miami, San Diego, other US destinations. I am extremely tired of being accosted at every turn for timeshares!! This hotel has a new property they are trying to sell and so you are bombarded with hotel sales staff trying to get you to do the presentation. After about 4 days of saying no, it finally sunk in. that was about 4 days too many!
“Good Trip”
My wife and I went on our honey moon, we were the youngest people there, if you like quite this is the place to go.
“Excelent”
Loved this hotel. Little kitchen very convenient. Location great. Would stay there again
“very nice hotel, would like to return!”
The service, food, and the employees were excellent. We would like to return and stay at this hotel again. No complaint's, everything was excellent!
“Beautiful View”
We had a beautiful view from our room overlooking the gardens, pool and the ocean. The people wer extremely friendly and th hotel was very nice. A beautiful place to stay.
“Fantastic! Would love to stay there again!”
This hotel is charming, safe, clean, comfortable, has a very friendly staff, has money exchange at the hotel lobby, has tour arrangements, has purified water, etc. We had wonderful food at all the hotel restaurants. It is also conveniently located to everything in the Golden Zone and easily accessible to most other areas. It has many scheduled activities daily as well as 2 pool areas close to the beach.
“Plan to return soon”
Beautiful hotel, lovely clean room with ocean view. A couple of days had problems getting palapa by ocean, or chair poolside as was very busy, so this was certainly an issue when you have kids and adults that want to swim! Restaurants - very good service and food, but pricy.
“Great Choice”
Very good choice. Nice rooms, nice pools, food is good (a bit expensive)... Overall, great place to stay!
“very surprised”
was expected to get only what we paid for...it was a very nice surprise, the hotel suit was on the 4th floor with direct view of the ocean. We spend alot of time on the balcony watching sun set. The waves were so loud we had to close the doors for sleep...would def recommend
