“Enjoyable stay”
From the minute we pulled up to the front, the staff were welcoming and eager to please. We were impressed hy the open main floor and it was a pleasure to walk down the stairs from the pool area right onto the beach. When relaxing by the pool, the wait staff were anxious to help us out and we were never without drinks or food if we wanted them. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This hotel was a big surprise to me, the front desk staff was amazing, ready to help and answer any questions we may have. The pool was large and amazing, the access to the beach was just a step away and swimming just a step away from your hotel at the beach us a big plus for me. the location is excelent, walking distance to great restaurants, tennis courts, movie teathers, and a the public bus stops outside. The room was huge, the balcony had a great view, I was shown 3 different rooms ( per my request ) to get the best view and every single one of them was a great view, the kitchen and dinning area was of great help for a long stay. I BE BACK SOON!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

“Noisy on the North side”
A bar across the street and 2 blocks down!!! kept us awake until 2am every night of our vacation. While the hotel is trying to do something about it--going through channels--it will probably take a while. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful. The service is fantastic. The people are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and in excellent repair. I love the private balconies!!!
“Will Definitely Go Back”
I recently stayed at an enormous resort in Playa del Carmen that was so big and impersonal. My stay at the Royal Villas was more intimate and friendly. The staff were all so nice...the room was clean and had a beautiful ocean view...I was very impressed. Will definitely be going back!
“Excellent accommodations!”
Great place to stay while in Mazatlan. Royal Villas is withing walking distance of most places of interest. Local bus connections can be easily made for sightseeing farther from the hotel.

We had such a really good time in mazatlan at this hotel. I truly recommend it! the beach and pool are clean and safe. Room very convinient and a lot of stores and restaurants near by. It is probably not a luxury hotel but still is very nice.
“Beautiful Sunsets”
The staff was very nice and pleasent, the room was confortable and it was kept very clean. Most of all the view from the balcomy was greate, I saw beautiful sunsets.
