“Great place to stay”
Great value for a price. Very clean. Very good customer service. Good mattress. Convinient location by I5.
“Perfectly Adequate”
The people at the front desk were polite and helpful, our king-bed suite was clean and roomy. Everything worked as it should...small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, sitting area and a large bathroom with a large bathtub and shower combo. The bed was comfortable and we didn't hear anyone in the rooms close by. We went to the breakfast room which had plenty of space for sitting and the food (bananas, cereals, muffins, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.) was adequate. The place is older but we were pleased with our 1 night stay.
“2 nights @ the Medford Inn”
Everything was fine regarding my 2-night stay at the Medford Inn AFTER they found my reservation (which took several minutes)! It turned out to be under the name of another person in our large family group that all stayed there that weekend. If the second clerk hadn't helped the first clerk find it, there might have been a real problem. No one was sure how this happened, but several in our group said that their reservations were also under that person's name and not their own. I see this as an Expedia issue and not the fault of the motel since we all made our reservations through Expedia.
“clean and comfortbal”
room is clean, park you car just in front of your room is convenient ! the servers are friendly
“The Secret Hotel”
Was less than expected and better than anticipated.
“Satisfied with the Medford Inn”
At the time the Medford Inn was the cheapest hotel in Medford. I think I got more for my money then if I would have gone anywhere else.
“was good for price paid”
While the Motel was older it is well taken care. we were pleased.
“Cheap and Comfortable, I will stay again.”
We stayed at this hotel on our way to Portland from San Francisco. Though it looks a bit old, yet it is absolutely worth the money. The manager told me they are now renovating the hotel, therefore some facilities are not updated at the moment, but he customer service lady is very helpful trying to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers.
“It was ok for the price”
It was ok for the price, and the complimentary breakfast wasnt hot,it was fruit, juice and milk. You get what you pay for
“Hotel seems a little run down, had horrible breakfast”
The hotel was somewhat run down. I could accept that, especially for the price I paid. I think the main thing that irritated me was the breakfast. I always choose a hotel with a continental breakfast and I made sure this hotel had breakfast before I booked a room. When I went for breakfast all they had was English muffins and Cheerios. I started to get a English muffin, but realized they were paper thin and I couldn't even cut them without cutting through the sides, so I threw it away and had to go buy breakfast.
