“Exellent location, vewry clean and comfortable. Will stay again”

We can not say enough about the professional and friendly staff. We had a wonderful clean and big room and the breakfast was excellent. The location of the Hotel was in easy reach of all the historic sites and the staff spoke very well english to give us all the help we required to make our stay very pleasant. We have continued our trip through Malaysia and told every one who wanted to go to Malacca about this extra ordinary hotel in Malacca.

“Good Location”

If you are seeing Malacca on foot and don't want to stay at the many budget hotels, this is the best choice. Remember to bring the info about anything promised (free breakfast, internet) as those details don't seem to make it into the reservation system.

“Great Hotel to spend relaxing time - Great location”

I booked the premium rooms which for a very minimal upcharge gave excellent view of the sea. The room has a great seating area near the window on which you can enjoy morning breakfast or the evening view. They have an open bar downstairs with a giant screen on which the WC screenings were on offer and was a great experience. Food choices are limited and other than local cuisine, the western menu tastes very ordinary. It is walking distance from all major attractions and there is a huge shopping area near by with supermarkets, restaurants, malls etc. Definitely recommend staying here if you expect to spend some time chilling in the hotel and are not always on a run to see places in malacca.

“Recommended for families with kids”

We had our check in at the 21st floor as we had booked the club room. Everything was good and the location of the hotel was just minutes away from the shopping center.

“Easy access”

The hotel is ideally located near to many restaurants & shops. You can easily find Carrefour, 7-11 and other small convenient shop nearby. But the road infront of the hotel is always jam & congested. It can be quite dangerous to the guest & children. Luckily, we can see some traffic police around there most of the time.

“Great hotel”

We stayed in a club room, its well worth the extra money as the club room are huge, i was most impressed. You also get your own club lounge with free coffee and tea until 11pm. Breakfast can be taken here and well as the main dining room . Also included is afternoon tea,which i was'nt expecting, so over all , its well worth the extra 15 pounds a room per night to upgrade to a club room. The hotel is in a very central area, near 2 big shopping malls, and only minutes away from Melaka's historical sites. You cant beat it for the money.

“Staff friendly, rooms a little tired.”

A comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in a good spot in town. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food in the hotel restuarants was pretty good.The rooms (at least the one's we were in) were a little tired looking and could do with a bit of refurbishment but there was everything you'd expect in a hotel of this standard.
