“Happy Suprise”
We were not expecting such a great hotel - we were given a room overlooking the river and were able to see the fireworks from our room. Transport to everything was so easy and it was great to not be right in the shop but yet 5 mins by tram. We ate at the resturant and enjoyed a great meal and also breakfast. staff very friendly
“The Hotel”
Very good hotel, which was ideally situated for most amenities in Malbourne
“Location excellent.”
Hotel in prime location. Right on Yarra River near to loads of eating places. The "hop on hop off" was free and gave excellent service. We paid extra for the hotel breakfast in which you could eat anything you wanted and good value for money. We arrived in the dark and very tired so we at at the Dragon Boat restaurant under the hotel which was the nearest and was very good indeed. Although we had a rear view room it was excellent.

“Great hotel excellent location”
The stay at the Crown Plaza was excellent from the morning arrival where our bags had been looked after then placed in our rooms earlier then expected to the departure of our stay where the frendly staff had been so helpful. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms and bed are very comfortable. I will stay here again when I visit Melbourne next time.
“Close to Exhibition Centre”
This hotel is only 100 metres from Exhibition Centre the rooms were quite large. We had two Double beds and still had plenty of room to get around. The room was clean with large bath sheet towels. There was always one extra towel in the room. We had a nice view of the Yarra River. At the reception desk you could always get fresh apples each day. The desk and concierge staff were always helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.
“I love Crowne Plaza Melbourne !”
This was a trip to remember and staying at this fabulous hotel was the icing on the cake. The room was great and the view was second to none. The hotel staff were so friendly and offered great advice. The lovely lady on the front desk who upgraded me and my sister to level 4 with a view!!! - she is a Gem. I have gone in and looked at the hotel virtual photo's 4 times since coming back home. I hope I get the opportunity to stay with you again. Just Brilliant.

“A comfortable stay at the Crowne Plaza, Melbourne”
All staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Really impressed with the staff overall, especially Jordan from NZ :-) The hotel room was comfortable (especially the bed) and spacious. The bathrooms could definitely do with a renovation which I believe is due to start this year. Hotel interior was tired and a little gloomy. No doubt, it will all be upgraded in due course. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's convenient location, great staff and comfortable beds!
