“Great Melbourne CBD location”
Great location, with easy walking distance to the offices in the CBD ... and the bars and restaurants at night Hotel room was very comfortable and nicely appointed, although a desk would be nice for business traveler (rather than a sofa and sofa table). Definitely will be back
“Service, service we were so well cared for!”
We had the most wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The service was absolutely out of this world. The staff were friendly and respectful of our every need. I will definitely stay at the Hyatt everytime I go back to Melbourne, it is close to the shopping and yet not so close that you feel like you are in the busy shopping areas. This was my husband's first stay in Melbourne and I wanted him to have a terrific experience, GO TO THE HYATT, we were blown away by their service.

“Superior service”
The Grand Hyatt Melbourne is in a perfect location for catching the tram or trains. The staff was wonderful, especially the Concierge group. They went above and beyond. The hotel lobbies were under construction while we were there. However, it was not inconvenient at all. Things were running as smoothly as we expected from a Hyatt property.

I enjoyed the two days that I stayed in this hotel. The excersizing facility is the best that I have expeienced in all hotels that I had used. The location is in heart of the city that is close to all that you ask for. The staff are very friendly.
