“Comfortable and Secure”
The Punthill Manhattan was an excellent choice of accommodation for our recent trip to Melbourne. Helpful staff greeted us at check in and made sure we had everything required for our stay. The apartment was spacious enough for the two of us to stay comfortably. The daily housekeeping was excellent and the hotel as a whole was kept very clean. I would definitely recommend these serviced apartments for anyone seeking a relaxing stay in Melbourne. A big thank you to the staff who catered for us so well!

“great little apartment”
Stylish apartment with plenty of space - better accommodation than a four star hotel. No hotel style services of course (lounge bar, day spas, etc) but who really uses that crap anyway? Just amazing value.
“Great Apartment Hotel in Central Melbourne”
Plenty of space in the room, good location 2 blocks away from Fed Square, friendly and helpful staff. Good sized kitchen with good facilities, though the bathroom perhaps in need of a bit of an update, but no real worries. Would happily stay here again as a good base for exploring central Melbourne and near enough to Flinders Station for trains.

Suprisingly open and light room,great view.Quiet, yet so close to the CBD.very close to restaurants,coffee shops,movie theatre.Staff very helpful and assisted with details re local services,and places of interest.Would recommend to friends and family.
“Awful stay at Punthill Manhattan (Melbourne)”
We booked for a double bed and got two single beds. The beds were so soft you'll sink in even when just sitting on it! The one bed apartment was on the first floor of the hotel and the view from the only window we had was fronting a car park. We couldn't request a change as we had a late check-in and it being the Easter weekend. We had no view whatsoever - just an ugly car park. The industrial air conditioning opposite the hotel was so noisy we had trouble sleeping because of the noise. If you're unlucky enough to be allocated on the ground floor and lower ground floor apartments, that would be the pits as its much worse than the first floor we were in. We were also counting on using the spa pool but it was out service throughout our 4-day stay. I wil definitely not stay at this hotel ever again.
