“His Name was Brian...”

My girlfriend dropped her Grandmother's bracelet down the drain and general manager Brian bounded in to save the day with a smile. Hotel staff where attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Good location with a short tram ride into the CBD or St Kilda. It was luxurious to come home from a long day and soak in the spa then rug up in a robe and slide into slippers. Highly recommended.

“Royce Hotel”

Away from the madness if the CBD and in a nice location near the botanical gardens. Nice restaurant but the bar is overcrowded and noisy.

“Disappointed”

I honestly was disappointed because I expected more from a 5 star hotel. The room was small and it was weird to have the shower and toilet all in one small room. We also tried to ask the hotel staff on some recommendations of things to do in the area and no one had any suggestions. It was also disappointing that the hotel restaurant was shut Saturday and Sunday due to Easter- you would think this would be open because of the holiday. The room service menu after 10pm was extremely mimimal as well.
