“home away from home”
we stay here 4 times a year traveling to the east coast. We LOVE it.

Very nice hotel, loved the decor. Everyone friendly which is always a plus. Conveniently located to some great restaurants. To Benihana fans, it's right across the street. Close to Target and alot of other shopping. You don't need to go far for anything. Was only there for one night, I will definitely go back!!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were great. The food from room service was exceptional. The hotel is located in a nice part of Memphis and is centrally located from all the Memphis activities. When I return to Memphis I will stay here again.

We ended up having to take our dog with us on our trip, after I made the reservations through Expedia. I saw online that the Hilton happened to be pet friendly! I just called the hotel a few days before, and they changed our room no problem, and I was only charged the additional pet fee when we got the bill. They have the dog rooms all on the second floor, which has direct access to the outside walking area. Very well designed, modern building. Everyone who works there was friendly to us, including to our dog. The room was a little small for the three of us, but very clean and well kept! Area is a little far out from Memphis proper, but you can't be too careful in Memphis. This area feels very safe, and they have 24 hr. parking lot security.

Me and my wife were coming in to Memphis for a wedding, and chose to stay at the Memphis Hilton because of the great rate we got. I found out when I got there they treat everyone as a honored guest I really felt like they all wanted me to have the best stay I could. From the front desk to the wonderful wait staff in rooks corner everyone made me feel like a important guest. I would recommend skipping a Beale St hotel for this gem of a Hilton hotel. Take a taxi to Beale but stay with a hotel where everyone feels like a millionaire. I once again can't say how nice it feels to have great service like I had.

I was a bit worried as the price of the room was considerably less than some of the hotels I was originally going to stay. The hotel was was very nice and comparable to 3.5-4 star hotels. The fitness room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the service was good. The only thing I hate about hotels in this range is that wifi isn't free-unlike a days inn or even econolodge! Even with the internet my overall cost was still less than comparable hotels. I would stay here again. Hotel is a trek from downtown but still not too bad if you know your way around memphis.
