“Very Impressive!”
It was very clean, organized and comfortable. Service was excellent and the price was right. We only stayed there one night, but would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very impressive!
“Would definitely stay here again”
The Hyatt Place Wolfchase Galleria was a very relaxing, comfortable place to stay. Complete with breakfast and a coffee bar in the lobby...I would absolutely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Memphis!
“Great location for shopping at Castleton”
Kind of mildly funky, modern decor but clean, quiet, excellent ambience in lobby area. Check in was very easy and the desk person offered a tour! And we looked pretty road-weary after 10 hours of driving but the courtesies were surprisingly professional and sincere. A fire alarm scared us out in a jiff but the manager greeted everyone on ground floor and apologized for the false alarm.

This hotel was amazing, from now on if there is a Hyatt Place available it will be the only hotel I stay at! It smells AMAZING, after asking I found out that it is their signature scent and you can't buy it anywhere, which was disappointing. The 24/7 food kiosk was very handy and the food from the kitchen was fantastic! Much better than I expected, actually! The breakfast was nice as well, fresh fruits and yogurt and pastries.

nice hotel very freindly staff.if your not bothered about being downtown then this is worth considering as it was an excellent room very stylish and comfortable. only gripe not a ice machine on every floor.
“Great Location & hotel”
Very nice hotel and its in a great location. Your about 20 to Graceland (trust me you don't want to stay but Graceland). The hotel is next to a mall so great food right there. If your looking for BBQ there is a awesome place down the road called "Corkys". The staff at the hotel was great and friendly. Very clean A+++
