Great clean hotel for the price. Staff was very very helpful and nice. comfortable beds Breakfast was the usual continental, pasteries, cereal, waffles, oatmeal juice and coffee. Very close to many restaurants and shopping. Located right off the I 40 freeway. I would definitely stay there again!
“After a long day of driving, what a wonderful place to arrive”
We traveled from Pittsburgh to Texas and this was our overnight stop. The front desk rep was extremely helpful and efficient, friendly and open. The room was clean and well updated. The hotel is behind the Wolfchase Galleria and the location was easy to find; directly off I-40. Felt very safe in the area. The next morn the entire staff was again friendly and engaging. Upon departure I noted a nice gazebo area in the parking lot; guests looked very relaxed and content in the area.

“New Linen a Must!”
Nice, spacious, room. Hotel staff was friendly. But the linen looked awful! From towels to bed sheets, to pillows and pillow cases, looked old and dirty! Pillows looked liked they had been thrown in a washing machine over and over and someone forgot to fluff them.

“weekend getaway for business”
Overall my experience was a four on the scale of 1-5 ( 5 being the highest) The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The first night we were beside a loud crying newborn baby. We told the staff and as a result the next morning they allowed us to relocate to the first floor to a quiet area. The staff was courteous and housekeeping did a great job as well. I never made it to the continental breakfast, but it appeared to be okay. I would recommend this Microtel to those are looking for a cheap weekend stay for business, pleasure, etc. It's in a great location and safe part of Memphis considered "Germantown" and in close proxomity to the mall area and stores like Walmart, Walgreens, etc.
