“great stay”
We enjoyed the area and hotel accomodations. The complimentary breakfast included a variety of items (not just danish) from quiche to oatmeal to yogurt. It was nicely maintained and we were welcome to sit in the restaurant that overlooks Killington Mt., a nice way to start the morning.
“My family and I loved Mendon Mountainview Lodge”
My family and I recently stayed at Mendon Mountainview Lodge for 2 nights (8/09). The room was large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was almost no staff as this was off-season, and one lady seemed to be doing everything; but she was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

“Great Place”
The owners were great! The view was fantastic! Loved the area. Their restaurant was not open so they referred a little Irish pub ( McGraths ) up the hill. Awesome food, entertainment and ambiance! Would defiantly stay at Mountainview again!
“Great hotel”
Breakfast was very good, staff were very friendly, room was nice and clean. The hotel also has a hot tub and sauna! In a convenient location to access ski slopes.
“Top on the Mountain”
The lodge was perfect for us. Downstairs was a game room that provided many hours of entertainment for our kids. The owners could not have been more accomadating and attentive to our needs. The resturant was not open nightly as we went during the off season, but was first class.
“As advertised”
Great hotel, owners Bryan and Stacey were most accomodating. Excellent location for skiing or touring central Vermont. Views of Killington and Pico are outstanding, sitting on the patio in the fall would be a dream. An excellent value, wonderful amenities (sauna, hot tub, game room, pool). A great choice for a visit to the Killington/Pico area
“Great Place”
The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good. We used the pool and the game room and both were very nice. The rooms are a little outdated but not too old. There were some minor maintenance issues (toilet continued to fill, shower head did not adjust well). A refrigerator in the room would have been nice, but they do have an ice machine in the building so we made do.
