“Visited Many Times”

I stayed at the Hyatt many many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is extremely comfortable. I would truly recommend this hotel to everyone.

“The best food in town”

I stay in Merida about three times per year as my husband was born there and most of his family lives there. Our lastest trip was for the second wedding of my father-in-law. We ate the breakfast buffet twice and the mariscos (seafood) buffet on Friday. The food was extraordinary. The seafood was fresh and varied, including sushi and wonderful shrimp. The hotel staff, especially the wait staff in both restaurants, were excellent. They made us feel welcome and loved. The salmon in the dinner restaurant was the best I've ever had. I have stayed at another hotel close by many times and I really like their rooms, but the food in the Hyatt was plentiful, delicious and very well-priced. I will be going back and staying at the Hyatt.

“Beautiful City to visit.”

This is a Colonial City, from the Spanish rule all over Latin America, and is realy beautifull, trafic is not to easy , but we survive, nex time we are planing to expend more days at this place.

“End in Luxury”

We did 'upscale camping', if you will, for 6 days out of 7 so ending our trip at the Hyatt was bliss. I recommend staying in the Regency room if you can. The bed is so comfortable and you get complimentary hors d'oeuvres and drinks in the executive lounge. Breakfast is also complimentary if you stay in a regency room.

“Very Nice Place to Stay”

We enyoyed our stay here. The staff were very and very professional, helpful, and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were just a little hard. Overall our experience at this hotel was very satisfying and we would definitely go back.

“Highly recommended”

We had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and our room was always clean. The facilities are great, and the tennis courts were a nice extra touch.
