Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean, great continental breakfast.

I was extremely impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Every encounter was pleasant and they went out of their way to try to help with luggage, directions, the weather - everything! The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable for my overnight stay.

“Great stop-over”
My son (aged 12) & I stayed here on route to Albany, from Canada. Nice outdoor pool, really good breakfast, & a central location, for the shops & resturants, that we went to, during our stay. This hotel is on the 495 (but quiet). I plan to stay her again on future trips
“Nice surprise”
We were pleasantly surprised on how nice the hotel was. Since we have relatives in Lowell, there really isn't much choice in hotels, but we found Fairfield Inn clean, the staff friendly, and the continental breakfast great. It was also nice that they have a washer and dryer (coin operated) for use since we had been traveling over two weeks and needed to wash our clothes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
