“Great Value”
Great location, good price and really great value. I've stayed here twice now, trying other hotels nearby and I will make this my go-to hotel in Mexico City from now on. Other hotels in the same price range are not the same standard at all. The fact that the rooms are all suites and have a fridge, microwave and living room really makes your stay comfortable.
“Nice place”
Was a great place to stay for me, right in the middle of the Zona Rosa. The room was very nice and the staff was pleasant.
“Zona Rosisima”
This hotel is comfortable and luxurious and located in the very thick of the cosmopolitan Zona Rosa neighborhood. It's only a few blocks from the American Embassy and the corporate headquarters of the Paseo de la Reforma. It's near a subway stop that can get you directly to the main bus station, the downtown historic district or the museums of Chapultepec Park.
“Greatly enjoyed our stay!”
We found this hotel to be a fantastic value for what we received! The hotel was very clean, the suites were large and comfortable. We appreciated having the ability to use the business centre when we needed a computer. The only complaint would be the occasional noise we heard from the room next door. The suites seemed to be oddly laid out, as our bedroom was next to the neighbour's bathroom, so unfortunately one night we heard someone using the toilet all night long! Otherwise it was great value for money and we enjoyed the great location.
“Great bang for your peso.”
I have to admit when I first booked this air & hotel package at such an exceptionally low price I was a little weary what I would find when I arrived in Mexico City. Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. A cute little hotel nestled into a lively area. The staff was wonderful, cordial, and were eager to make us happy. The rooms were remarkably clean everyday, and the staff provided directions and suggestions of what to do in their fine city. If you're hesitant about taking advantage of such an unbelievably great deal, don't be. If you received the type of service we did, I gurantee you will be writing a review similar to this one. Just a note, the hotel is located in a "diverse" neighborhood which, we (my girlfriend and I are native San Franciscans)thought it only made the trip that much more enjoyable. Thanks Expedia and Eurostar!!
“Very good Hotel in Zona Rosa, good value”
I do not travel to Mexico City often and my Spanish is not good. I needed to be in the Polanco area for a business meeting and was looking for a safe, reasonably priced hotel with easy access to resturants. Many years ago I stayed at the Fiesta Americana - Zona Rosa and was trying to find it again. Turns out Eurostars Suites IS the old Fiesta Americana. Huge rooms, very comfortable. Walk out the door of the hotel and you have Starbucks, McDonnalds,Subway,7-Eleven all within 100 yards. There are also a large number of local resturants to choose from.
“Great location & great value!”
This hotel was perfectly located in the Zona Rosa with a close walk to bars, restaurants, shopping and the metro. The room was high above our expectations for the price, including a modern two room suite with coffeemaker, fridge & microwave. The bed was a little hard, but pillows and the rest of the room were very comfortable. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent, leaving coffee packets only some days, and even forgetting our towels one day. But, these were very minor issues, and overall the hotel was excellent, quiet, and safe. We stayed 6 nights and would definitely stay here again.
“I was delighted with their spa tub, it was a great hotel”
For the price I think this was a great hotel. All the rooms are mini suites and contain 2 tv's big king size beds a large bathroom with a spa tub.
“:-)”
Nice area even if not in the main center. Good suite, very confortable, very good staff and for a good price.
“We are talking new here.....”
I have never stayed in a new hotel before, and this one looks as though it were completed yesterday. It might have been a remodel of an office building, but everything is spotless. First, this is a suites hotel, with sittingroom, two TVs, refrigerator and a micro as well as the bedroom. Layouts are odd, with an extra window from the sitting room into the 11-storey lobby. My first room was quite dark, but large, and when I returned I got a slightly smaller set of rooms that was very light. The new bed is rather too firm for me. The Zona Rosa is even younger and noisier than I remembered, and there's live music across the street, but the cliental seemed to be entirely business people. (Yes, it's noisy in the lower rooms.) The staff is really friendly, with English, and there's an excercise room and hot tub on the roof. It's a lot for the money. If you want the Zona Rosa, this is a great location and they keep cabs at the door as well.
