“After trying others--this is it”
Very attentive and helpful staff. Good restaurant. Love the view of grass and trees from my room. Relaxes me. I've recomended this hotel to others and they've enjoyed it too.
“Fast”
I was pleased with how near it was to airport and the shuttle was there to pick us up. The return trip in the morning was great. Staff was very nice. Overall experience was great.
“Airport Stopover”
As a stopover near the airport, this hotel was convenient, clean and nice. It's a "near the airport" choice, not a vacation in Mexico choice. Having been in Mexico City many times and with no interest in sightseeing, I stayed here one night before taking the bus the next day to Oaxaca. Very nice for what/where it is.
“Excellent stay”
We stopped in Mexico and had to wait more than 8 hours for the next flight. The shuttle van for this hotel was conviently right outside af the baggage claim area. They were very polite and the ride was a short distance.The 24hr room service was great as well. I recomend this hotel to anyone trying to relax and get some much needed sleep before their next flight. Hope that we stayed longer to enjoy the buffet..:)
“Did not have to carry a bag”
I don't exactly travel lightly and my bags are quite heavy. However, since I stepped out of the plane in Mexico until I got back to England, I did not have to worry about my 4 suitcases (two belong to my kids). The staff was helpful, the business centre was convenient, and the bus to the airport was a great asset and came very often.
“Convience”
This hotel is conveniently located next to the airport. It would be useful, however, if the staff could hand out meto tickets so that one could simply walk across the street and be at the hotel. Staff friendly and professional.

Wonderful hotel, excellent caring staff. Beautiful courtyard. Rooms clean and attractive. A good transition between USA and Mexico and between Mexcio and back home.

It was a great Hotel. was very confortable and clean. i would recomend it. the service by the hotel employees was great helped me out in everything i needed.
“Awesome airport hotel”
This hotel is right beside the airport. Its a low rise which i love, and has a swimming pool and little gardens. the staff are brillient. I have stayed here often travelling in and out of Mexico city, and this hotel is always great. Taxi to downtown is pesos $100 (US$8) and depending on traffic to how long it takes. There are resturants next door, a mall close.. Its great
