“Would recommend!!!”
The first thing that struck me was the very interesting design of the hotel and the clean environment. The staff was very friendly, courteous and efficient. They responded very quickly to requests. The room was clean and spacious, and there was no disturbing noises from the hallway. The meals were good. I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.
“Great Hotel”
Great Service and Great People. Many great restruants close to the hotel. Located close to the Santa Fe Mall which is very nice as well. I orginally paid for 6 night and had to leave early. They refunded me for 3 nights.
“excellent”
I have nohing more to add, but i think the format of this review is not conducive of people submitting it. You should stick with simple answers and not elaborate
“Nice Hotel in Meico City (Santa Fe district)”
Very nice hotel, good location, you'll be satisfied.
“Great Service at Fiesta Inn Santa Fe”
Our stay was very good, the hotel is more oriented for business travelers and is located in an area of corporate offices, If you are planning on staying in Mexico for a vacation I would recommend another location closer to downtown. The service was outstanding, we have stayed at various so called 5 star hotels that pale in comparison to the corteous efficient service we received here. Everyone has a smile and looks sincerely happy to help you. The rooms are adequate but without extra luxuries (try to avoid the south facing side, the rooms get quite hot during the daytime. Within 5 minutes drive there are two world class shopping centers, Santa Fe and Arcos Bosques (this second one is brand new and an amazing place.
“fiesta inn rebiew”
one disadvantage is that the location is not close to any attraction, nightlife or music within walkable distance. the hotel itself and the breakfast was great. the hotel taxi drivers are tourist guides and are to be reccommended for day trips around mexico city, personalised, though more expensive than a commercial guided tour
“Cold food and hard bed”
I arrived after 8 PM and after checkin went to the restaurant. I selected the buffet and that was the wrong choice. The entrees were cold, especially the pasta dish. The desserts were slimon selection. THe pudding had a tough skin, probably left over from lunch. I like the Fiesta Inns as a group, but do not think I will frequest this one again.
