“cant go wrong for the price”

The hotel was a good place to stay.The rates were inexpensive. We were only there for one night, we took our cruise the next day. The resteruant was really good- great food, beautiful dcore'. Our room was nice and comfortable. The only negative thing was that the cruise port shuttle was late picking us up from the hotel, we were not late at all getting to the pier, we were still there early ahead of the mad rush. They were not late picking us up from the airport. So everything was great. I highly reccomend staying at this hotel.

What people say about this hotel is not true, this hotel is South Miami florida near the metrorail easy access to site see around Miami florida, the room was in excellent condition, the staff is very nice! I will stay at this hotel again for a Dominican Conference an My birthday coming up this year!
“This will be my second HOME whenever I go to Miami!”
As I mentioned before, I am very pleased with this hotel and the excellent customer service of all personnel there. A special commendation to all front desk employees who are really wonderful and very friendly, and Pedro the van driver HE IS AWESOME! He took us to the airport driving carefully and choosing all the shortcuts to avoid a hell of a traffic. My only recommendation is to improve breakfast. I've learned this is from the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, which is part of the hotel but run by another owners I assume. It takes just a little bit of more light in the place, a bit of more customer service on part of the waiters who at times should be more attentive to offer you more coffee instead of making you call them for more coffee or simpler... just leave a jar of coffee in your table for self-help- All in all... I can't complain it is a beautiful place with a wonderful pool, and the location is the best.
“Great Service”
I've read the previous reviews of this hotel and I'm quite shocked at what others have been saying. I was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. I'm not certain who would have been working when others were there but on my trip, they were very helpful, very courteous and incredibly friendly. The room was spotless, very accommodating. It did have a bit of a musty smell but I simply brushed it off to the massive humidity. The breakfast was likely what others have said, the plain bread, but I didn't stay for it. The wireless internet is only really accessible from the main level or upper balconies. Because of the other reviews I didn't bother with the shuttle service but it was about 35USD for a cab from MIA.
“Enjoyed my 2nd Stay”
I must say, again I'm amazed at the reviews I see others give this place. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager of the hotel this time, she must have been away during my first trip down. My first impression of her was that she was quite abrupt and outspoken, but it doesn't mean she was rude. I've heard others give her a bad review personally, and I don't think she deserved it. She was quite friendly, remembered my name and addressed me by it each time she saw me. She was more than willing to accommodate any of the requests I had while there. The hotel itself, clean and comfortable. No complaints.
“South Miami's Best Kept Secret”
This was a nice, small place in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and grounds were well kept and the staff was friendly. The shuttle service was nice, but not always available...but the driver Juan was very helpful about local info and I was picked up from the airport with no problem. I will stay there again if I'm in the area.

Nice size room. Wasn't too satisfied with the bathroom but other than that it was nice.

I had a great experience at this hotel the price was the best around and the area was so nice! miami has a lot of areas that are not safe but this is not one...there are places to eat around and cvs and blockbuster anything u need.
