Personal trainers are also available (surcharge). Massages, facials, aromatherapy, and body wraps are available at the spa (surcharge), and a salon offers hair styling, pedicures, and manicures (surcharge).
This Miami-area hotel has 76,000 square feet of meeting space, including 40,000 square feet of space in the adjacent Conference Center of the Americas. A total of 34 meeting rooms includes three ballrooms. A business center offers computers, printers, and business services such as copying, faxing, package mailing, word processing, and high-speed Internet access; fees may apply. Additional meeting support includes event catering, banquet facilities, exhibit space, and audio-visual equipment. Wedding services are available.

Palme d'Or - Ceiling frescoes, mirrored walls, and crystal chandeliers set the tone in this restaurant overlooking the pool and courtyard. Guests can design their own menus from 20 "tasting dishes" and an award-winning wine list. Serving French-style cuisine for dinner only, Tuesday through Saturday.
Fontana Restaurant - The stone-and-tile interior of this restaurant flows outdoors to a tropical courtyard with a bubbling fountain. Specialties include grilled meats, seafood, Mediterranean-inspired appetizers, and pastas. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday champagne brunch. Live music nightly.
Cascade Poolside Bar & Grill - Offering light fare and daily spa specials served poolside. Open for breakfast, lunch, and light snacks in the afternoon. A mid-afternoon happy hour draws a daily crowd for margaritas and mojitos.
The 19th Hole Sports Bar & Grill - Views of the golf course with indoor or outdoor terrace dining. Hot grilled items, sandwiches, and soups. Open daily from early morning to late afternoon.
The Biltmore Bar - Located next to the Palme d'Or, this bar offers premium and vintage liquor, liqueurs, wines, and bottled beers from mid-afternoon to late night.
The Corkscrew Bar - This horseshoe-shaped bar serves wine by the glass and tapas-style appetizers from late morning to late evening.
Boules Bar - Located beside the 23-foot waterfall overlooking the pool. Serving frozen cocktails and fruit- and vegetable-based drinks. The staff provides boules (balls) and instruction for petanque (lawn bowling), which is played on the adjacent lawn court. Open late morning to late evening.

To enter the Biltmore Spa, guests cross a bamboo bridge amid the fragrance of citrus and green tea while en route to 12 sumptuous treatment rooms. In the spirit of the hotel's renowned wine cellar, the spa's menu includes treatments that incorporate French Chardonnay grape seeds, which have antioxidant properties. All spa guests have access to the Biltmore's signature amenity: Its 23,000-square-foot swimming pool.
Spa services include massages, facials, body treatments, and a full-service Kérastase Paris Hair Salon.

“Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables”
The Biltmore Coral Gables is a beautiful, updated classic European style hotel. The public areas are stunning, the grounds gorgeous, and the pool magnificent. The staff were all pleasant and worked hard to please. The Palm d'Or restaurant was as fine as any of the many French restaurants where I have eaten. The courtyard breakfast around the fountain was enjoyable. For golfers, the Biltmore golf course was adjacent to the hotel. My wife and I stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. Our only minor criticism was that we found the bed to be somewhat uncomfortable (too soft for our tastes and a tendency to roll to the center of the bed). Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great staff very friendly, historic hotel, good restaurants, very big pool. It isn't South Beach but very charming and quiet.

Everything about this hotel was great, the room, concierge, reception, housekeeping were all very helpful and couldnt do enough for you. Valet parking was the let down. On occasions we were waiting for our car for over 20 mins. So allow plenty of time if you have a reservation for dinner. Concierge were helpful enough to forewarn the intended restaurant. Despite this failing, we would still return.
“Excellent Hotel,Area Beautiful but sparse”
Wonderful stay, hotel is truly an "oasis" and has real charm! It's history and attention to detail really make this a unique place to stay. The spa was wonderful. The restaraunts great.
“Great in-town get away”
Beautiful, historic hotel, all the amenities. A little on the expensive side, unnecessarily though. $17.00 for a drink in the bar? It was actually cheaper to buy a soda and make a drink in the room using the alcohol in the fridge. Unheard of !
“Excellent comfortable hotel”
We visited Miami under very stressful and upsetting family circumstances. The Biltmore Hotel was extremely comfortable with very helpful staff and turned what could have been a nightmare trip into a much more pleasant experience. We found the food prices in the hotel slightly on the expensive side, but other than that we would rate the hotel very highly indeed and would be happy to recommend it.

The Hotel is incredible. People are friendly and attentive. The service at every level is superb. The vallet service is on top of things. Front desk answers on the firt ring. The Gym is one of the best I have ever seen for any Hotel. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
“a lovely old fashioned hotel”
my one night stay at the Biltmore was the perfect end to a week's holiday mostly spent in and around the hustle and bustle that is Southbeach. This 'old era' hotel is like an oasis of calm and tranquility... the pool is amazing and the poolservice impeccable! it is however located in the middle of a residential area (very pretty though) so if your looking for entertainment you definately need a car/taxi.
