“It was better than i thought it would be.”
I thought it was great. They were very friendly. The only thing that would of topped it off would have been a continental breakfast. They even stored our bagges for a couple of hours so we could explore the area until we boarded the ship at no charge. I would go back and recommed to anyone who wants a carefree and relaxing enviorment. I want to thank them for being so kind i can't wait to go back I will go to that hotel over and over thank you expiedia.
“Nice place to stay”
It is about 15 minutes away from South Beach. There's a market, gas station, and a CVS right across the street. It was very convient and the staff was very pleasant.
“Renovated rooms”
All rooms have been recently renovated and are in great shape.

“LOVED THE HOTEL FRONT DESK WAS GREAT”
hotel was fresh and great.
“WOW!”
The hotel was just great! Friendly service at the counter, friendly advice on transportation to downtown Miami, the room was clean, the room heating/cooling worked, the mini kitchen was nice, and I had clean linens. I would recommend someone staying there - and I will again! EZ FREE rail service to downtown Miami just 1 & 1/2 blocks away. Hats off to the staff there!
“Satisfactory Experience”
My stay at the Brickell Port of Miami was brief (overnight). I must say i was satisfied with my experience. The staff was helpful. Although they were busy (Memorial day weekend), i was helped in a timely fashion. I had a reservation for a room with one bed, but needed two beds and they gave me what i wanted, no questions asked. The room was clean enough, there was a little dirt in places, but nothing a little clorox couldn't cure. There was no problem with loudness either (what a blessing considering we were on the first floor facing the parking lot. My only complaint would be that the lobby had a really weird odor that was overwhelming. Also, the hotel is right as you get into downtown and the area looks somewhat unsafe.
“Good Cruise Location”
My major complaints were that the beds were hard and a nonsoking room did smell of smoke. Since it was only an overnight stay, this was OK. The front desk staff offers a shuttle to the cruise port, but suggested that with three of us traveling, a taxi would be cheaper. Upon our return, the taxi did not know the location of our hotel. Thank goodness I had a street address.
“Good enough for what we needed”
This hotel was nice. My girlfriend and I were in Miami to see the Heat play the Cavaliers and also do a little hanging out. For that reason, this hotel was more than adequate. Close to downtown Miami, clean rooms and a Walgreens across the street. I would definitely chose this hotel again.
