“Nice Hotel”
The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were soft. I liked the hotel. The rooms were really nice and clean. Also liked the bathroom. The staff was very friendly. The valet attendants were so helpful. I would come back.

This is an AWESOME hotel to stay in the night before the cruise...excellent customer service from all the employees working..I was very impressed...Thank you for everything to make this such a pleasant stay..the only recommendation that I have is to offer shuttle service from the airport..I live near a Hilton in Asheville NC and they offer this service..you would think this would be universal in all the Hilton's.
“Great place to stay in Miami”
We stayed 5 nights in July and had a great time. I have a bad back and the bed was way too soft. We called Housekeeping/maintenance and they made accommodations. Worked out great! The cost for parking was a little high ($28 day) and self park was $25 but was told that it was NOT in/out privileges which would have cost us more to come and go. Close to SOBE and all beaches; 15 minute drive or less. Overall the experience and staff were great.

Very clean and excellent service. I wish they had offered to pick me up from the airport instead of awaiting the shuttle service
