would highly recommend considering the price.the breakfast buffet made it easier to get my day started especially since it was a business trip.overall service was great..friendly staff. the only negative the free internet service was limited to a few computers and certains guests hogged the computers for long periods. i reccommend a 30 mins limit per user.
“the right choice”
Attended a conference at the Doral Resort and stayed at Holiday Inn Express, which was within walking distance. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, personnel very pleasant, convenient free shuttle to/from airport, free and good breakfast. Only downside was very limited choice of places to eat for lunch/dinner.

I USED A TAXI BUT i RECOMMEND TO USE A CAR RENTAL AND MUCH MORE IF YOU TAKE A GPS

Had a great experience at this hotel, room was clean and close to our destination. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Will definately stay there again if I'm in Miami.

“Definately would stay again!!”
This hotel was just perfect for our stay. We needed a convenient place to stay before and after our cruise and this place was great. We had a shuttle that took us where ever we needed to go like for dinner and shopping at no charge. We just let the front desk know and they called the shuttle. They provided transportation to the port for a fee but well worth it. The pool was a little smaller than we thought but was plenty big for the kids to play and enjoy a relaxing time by the pool. The breakfast in the morning wasn't much but plenty to hold us over until we arrived on board our ship to get lunch. I guess we can't complain to much since it was "free"!! We were there in Aug 2008 and they were doing a little remodeling and updating but it didn't interfere with our stay. The guest laundry was very nice with updated appliances and fairly priced. (I always like to get my laundry done before I go home so there isn't so much to do after unpacking) We had a total of 16 people with us and the front desk was very accommodating. We definately feel like we got our money's worth and would definately consider this hotel again.
