“Awesome”

“Exemplary services”

The staff were incredibly friendly- we never passed anyone in the hall who did not greet us warmly, often by name. They were ready to help with car rental and any other services we requested. We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing 5 days.

“Nothing was too much trouble”

Surprised at the location but did not know the area, however was quiet and very safe. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at all times nothing was a problem to them.The only thing that did bother me a little was the area around the pool which could have been kept free of litter/glasses/bits of food.

“7-7-07 Honeymoon! 10 night stay!”

Wow, it was so worth it! We were treated like royalty. The conceire was so attentive and informative. There was so much to do, we never got bored. The room was perfect, extremely clean, so comfortable we never left the room before noon. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for pure luxury. Keep in mind quality doesn't come cheap but trust me, its worth it!

“Will stay here again”

The service at this hotel was great. The restaurant was a little over priced, though besides from that this was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in Miami and paid allot more for allot less service. The place was well maintained and exceptionally clean.

“The Place to go to relax & have fun......”

This hotel was absolutely beautiful & luxurious. It was a girls trip & we were treated like princess'. The hotel staff couldn've of been more attentive & kind. Our needs were met in more ways than one. The massage was enduring, the food was superb & the hotel was classy. It was what we expected & more. Will definately go back!!!!!!

“Hidden Gem”

Customer Service is high priority at the Ritz-Carlton. The staff were very hosptiable, welcoming, and helpful on giving directions into the city and Miami Beach. Although we were there for only three days, staff became familiar with my family and greeted us by name. The lobby is opened and very inviting. The condition and cleanliness of the hotel was superb.
