“A well-situated comfortable stay”

“Our favorite in Italy”

This was our favorite hotel of four we stayed at in Italy. The rooms were nice and the staff was helpful. It is within walking distance to everything.

“Disappointed”

Although I had a great experience with Baglioni hotel in Florence which made me book the Carlton Baglioni in Milan, yet the experience was very disappointing. The reception staff are not as nice as if they had an attitude or something. The room was too small and the bathroom was old and needed refurbishment. What I don't understand is why the better hotel in Florence was a 4 Star and this one in Milan was 5 stars and one of the leading hotels in the world!!!

“Service was BAD”

For the life of my, they could not get anything right. Ordered dinner for two on the terrace and they bring 1 set of silverware and 1 wine glass. Ordered one pot of coffee and two cups; they brought two pots and one cup. Asked for fun place to eat and was twice sent to a snoozer of spot They did bring flowers to apolgoize when my room hadn't been made up by 3pm. Bar staff is awesome, fun and very very good. Front desk staff not so great. Room service not good at all! Oh, and when I got my bill I noticed they charged me 1 E for charity. I don't mind donating but I do want to be asked. Nice room and nice hotel, but I won't stay here again.
