"Everyone was courteous and helpful, the casino is very large with a lot of options, the only thing it needs is a little better signs for directions."

"In the 3 days we stayed, not once was our room cleaned or made up even though we were away for most days, leaving before 9 arriving back at hotel a 5:00p.m. our room had not been cleaned. I gathered up trash and took it to the housekeeper. We never had dry towels nor a bed even straightened. No breakfast available. No staff to help get luggage to room if we wanted help. The valet service was excellent. Our car was available when we needed it even parked out front for our 6:00 a.m. departure. Dinner on 2nd floor was adequate although not $150. worth. Service was very good."

"I stayed in the 4th floor. The elevator call button did not work. I had to walk downstairs for my entire stay. My room was not clean. Even upon request. The door needed to be vacuumed, the room had ants, the coffee machine and refrigerator both did not work."

Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel

6/10 Okay

"The room smelled heavily of moth balls upon entering, t. The front desk was not the nicest and the outdoor pool was closed, for no particular reason or warning at check in. Despite that people were in the pool later that evening after we inquired and were told we couldn't use it."
