“Cheap motel if you want to visit the mall of America”

Some of the reviews for this motel were not very good so I was extremely surprised to find out how helpful all the staff were...even when we had to change rooms due to faulty plumbing...they couldn't have been more helpful...we had a choice of three rooms and we could choose what one we wanted... cleaning of the room each day was thorough...good location for the Mall of America and surrounding areas...only down side was the decoration in the public areas of the motel and the bathroom which was a bit tired looking (but clean)...and the breakfast only being a danish...toast would have gone down well...but the room did have a large fridge and a microwave and Walmart was only across the road....would thoroughly recomend this motel if you are visiting minneapolis on a budget.

I think it was a good hotel, I didn't need anything to ask for when i was there. It has the necessary things for a trip.

“Manager helpful, excellent service & location”

We got to hotel as swimming pool was closing & had 2 children who had been looking forward to swimming. The manager kept the pool open for an extra half hour for us. We needed a rollaway bed (paid a little extra)& he was very quick to deliver one to our room. He also gave excellent directions for finding local attractions. I would definitely stay here again--very close/easy access to Mall of America. Small refrigerator & microwave in room were a big plus.

“Excellent Value”

The location is perfect! It is only 1 mile from the Mall of America and 3.5 miles from the airport. The rate was one of the best in the area, and they did not charge me for all the little things. My bill when I checked in was the same when I checked out! My room was clean and I was able to park near my room. If you are looking for value, this is the place to go!

“Small....but very nice and comfortable!”

Our hotel was small, but it was very nice and comfortable. The room was very clean and the hotel was very well maintained. We chose a smaller, more reasonable priced hotel, as when you are on vacation you don't spend much time in the room except to shower and sleep anyway...and we didn't see the point in paying more for an extravagant room that we would hardly be in. The employees at this hotel were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

“Great Value”

stayed at this hotel with my family and we got one 2 bed non-smoking room and one single bed non-smoking. The rate was excellent and the staff was friendly and very willing to help with our needs. The kids stayed in the pool building which had huge rooms. For the price we made u can't complain. Our room had the outside entrance which was great for loading and unloading luggage. The rooms were clean and the hotel had a pool, Hot tub, Free Wireless, Continental Breakfast, and microwave and fridge in every room.. Again of course this is not the Ritz Carlton, but for the rate and amenities you get, u cannot get better value. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

The room was huge. It was an older hotel, but was extremely clean and had no odor. Was easy to find. We stayed on the third floor with no elevator.
