“A Lovely Place to Stay in Menton”
Menton's Hotel Napoleon is a lovely, comfortable, very tastefully furnished property located on the waterfront boulevard just one kilometer from the Italian border. The rooms are impeccably clean, the service friendly, and the breakfast copious and delicious. I'll be delighted to stop there again!

The manager and assistant manager were informative, interested, and accomadating to our every need. We loved the location and all the amenities provided by this wonderful hotel. The view from our balcony was so pretty with the sea and mountains. We will return in the near future. Thank you Expedia for making our trip perfect.
“Very impressed with service, location and quality”
The hotel is in an excellent location, just beyond the Old Town, overlooking the Med. Having its own private beach with restaurant and bar on the beach is a bonus. Rooms are very well furnished and spacious, particularly the Sea view rooms. From a very warm and friendly welcome on arrival, all staff were similarly friendly and willing to assist in any way to providing the best service possible.
“A Lovely Experience!”
A professionally-run hotel. Front desk staff was always very pleasant and greeted us with a smile every time we entered. Staff speaks English, Italian and French fluently and are very helpful. Hotel is very conveniently located, close to the beach, train station, restaurants, grocery store and bank machine! The only negative is that it has very limited parking, but there is plenty of parking on the street in front.
“Very comfortable”
Had sea-view room overlooking swimming pool, with good balcony for our 3 night stay. Overlooked sea-front road but noise wasn't a problem. Friendly staff, welcoming soft drink, small carpark (no charge), good location close to private beaches. Didn't have breakfast at hotel, so can't comment - just had coffee and croissant in town. Menton is lovely town for 2-3 day visit - more Italian perhaps, than French. Would happily go back to the Napoleon.
