“the best I've had in Cananda in many years”
The room was a little crowded but everyoe helped us whith our real late check in. The onl complaint I have is the access to the motel form the secoundary road

Room was comfortable and easy access to internet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

very comfortable room, quiet ambience, fabulous scenic beauty around and very helpful front desk staff. Only point, we could not watch free movies on our room tv, some operator problem.

We were greeted very warmly. As senior citizens, both handicapped, we were impressed with all the help we received in getting our luggage to our room so kindly reserved for us close to the lobby. All travellers to Moncton should be staying at this hotel.
“Poor internet, but extremely comfortable”
There were some spots on the wall in the washroom, and a carpet stain near the sliding doors, but nothing terribly noticable. The internet service kept dropping and there was a period of 2 days where the internet did not work at all. The location of the hotel was great! Very close to a shopping mall and a short walk from downtown Moncton. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, I did enjoy my stay.

The hotel room was spacious and cosy. The hotel is very close to Champlain Mall.

although a bit noisey this was a good econimical place to stay when my daughter and I popped up to Moncton for a shopping spree!Staff were super friendly and expressed a great desire to help at all times....

They can't control partying or unruly quests making noise at all hours of day or night.

The hotel is centrally located. It was good for the price we paid.
