“Great Little Hotel in Montego Bay”
What a great Hotel. I've traveled to Jamaica 3 times and this was my first stay at Doctor's Cave Beach hotel. For the price, you couldn't ask for more. The hotel has a lot to offer including pool, spa, workout room, and game room. Our room had a small patio that was surrounded by lush vegetation. Don't pay any attention to the bad reviews for this hotel. It's got a great location and a great staff. Great food (although all we had was breakfast each day since we spent the rest of the day exploring the island) and great rum punch (just one of two after a long day in "deep country"). I would stay here again with a doubt. They also offer free rum punch parties on Tuesday!!!
“Comfortable, if past it prime”
Good food in restaurant and incredibly friendly staff. Our room had a terrace with garden view in the older part of the hotel. In the evenings, a group of very loud tree frogs made their presence known. It is tropical. There are many places to stay in Mobay but this hotel will allow you to interact with locals, especially if you are willing to walk a couple miles a day. There is also a small craft market in the lobby on saturday so you could avoid the other markets as they all have the same stuff.

The hotel service was excellent and pleasant I will recomend this as a good place to stay for anyone wishing to spend a few days in Montego Bay.

If you want a hotel that is truly Jamaican and that is charming, peaceful, and clean, Doctors Cave Beach Hotel is perfect. The staff was respectful, kind, and very accommodating.

I found the hotel to be clean, the staff friendly and service oriented and it is in a great location, close to everything. Overall a good value.

I frequently visit Jamaica and like staying close to everything, so this hotel was just what I was looking for. It was clean, comfortable and the staff made it feel like home. I shall be back.
“I LOVE JAMAICA”
Friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect location ...... a delightful experience. The only downside the pool could be cleaner and they need to change the coffee and also not linked to its namesake beach across the road so you have to pay to get on it but it is so worth it................Try the casino up the road just past the bobsled cafe for delicious jamaican food at excellent prices .... margueriteville is overpriced and overrated- the bar next to it is so much better as is pier 1 xxx if you love a game of pool walk 5 minutes to Mo Bay proper for delish food, good service and a chance to see some great players - especially Baby Ruth - karaoke on thursday night is good fun........
“Great Place to stay!”
It was awesome! Everyone was really nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. They are right on the Hip Strip where the bars are and in a great location. Even though its not a resort, we still have a great time.
“The bright spot...”
Doctors Cave was a very, very bright spot in our trip to Jamaica. Our room was lovely & clean. The staff were fabulous. We would return there without hesitation.

It was great. I would choose to stay there again. It was close to the beach and shoping with a quick ride to the airport. Staff was very helpful.
