“Exceeded all expectations”
The hotel itself, the staff, and the quality of food and drinks exceeded all of my expectations. This is a very well run hotel. All of the staff was very friendly and always said hello when passing them in the hallways or outside by the pool.
“Best Vacation!”
This is by far my best vacation. As a finicky traveller, I have very littel to complain about this hotel. Food there is exquisite. Room is comfortable and clean. Staff member are very friendly, especially the front desk staff and the entertainmen team who work very hard to entertain guests day and night. I have enjoyed many activities including beach volleball, ping pong, Frisbee golf, and the nightly live shows. I will definitely go back next year and stay longer.
“Best vacation I've ever been on!”
The Iberostar grand was by far the nicest resort i have ever stayed at and the service was amazing. Within the first few hours of checking in the staff knew us by name. They are very involved with the guests and anything we needed/wanted we got. This hotel was really amazing and i can't wait to go back.

FOOD- Everything was amazing the food was awesome. I would definitely recommend the teppanyaki place it was the best steak we have ever had and we are huge steak people !!! ROOMS- The rooms were huge big bathrooms loved the all marble bathroom with jet tub and waterfall shower !! The beds were big and comfy and nice big patio ALCOHOL- Also the vodka they use is Greygoose you cant get any better than that especially since you can have as much as your want and its free ! Also your mini bar is full of all kinds of beer, soda and alcohol. BUTLERS-Make sure to have your butler set up a rose petal bath it is super romantic and they bring in champagne and all kinds of goodies. AGE GROUP- The crowd is definitely more laid back and most likely in the 30-50 age group we are in our late 20's so not too many of our age but it was nice that it wasnt too crazy loud and party like since this was more of a romantic trip for us. The only thing I think I would say change if I went back was to make sure to try all the restaurants we drank too much and ended up ordering room service for 2 nights which was awesome food so I am not complaining.

My Fiancé and I needed a vacation. So we booked a stay at the fabulous Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall is awesome we will always stay at one when we travel. The Hotel was beautiful and the newest in Montego Bay. The staff is extremely friendly well mannered and helpful.. We had breakfast in bed, lunch by the beach and the Restaurants on site were magnificent. . The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and well-kept. I thought the pool was rather large actually and it was never crowded. The beach was very nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. Drinks were not watered down top shelf the good stuff and the food was amazing. The entertainment on the Resort was sufficient. From Calypso singers to live bands we had a blast enjoying the culture. I would recommend Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall to anyone and already making plans to go back.
“Great food”
The food was great, the service ok. The Butler who makes your dinner reservations was fair and a lot of people were looking for tips even though that was included. they have four great restaurants, but they controlled how often you could go to each forcing you into the dinner buffet which was not fancy like the restaurants.
“Iberostar Grand Hotel”
The best feature of this hotel was the staff and ofcourse the location. I suggest the ocean view- waking up with the ocean at your back door is awesome. the staff is great - was very accommodating and polite and willing to go above and beyond. for my birthday, i returned to my room to balloons and champagne- definitely top notch. only draw back was the moisture that caused a slight moldy smell- this was addressed by incense candles that were everywhere. i highly recommend this hotel and was very pleased-will return at some point.
“Didn't want to leave, still trying to adjust to the real world.”
This was our fourth trip to Jamaica over many years, our first to the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall. We are already making plans to return, even if it's only in our dreams. If you're looking for a five-star all inclusive, this is it!
“Worth Every Penny”
Iberostar was great. The service was incredible. There was nothing that you asked for that you couldn't get. Everybody was friendly. The beach was great. If you want to relax and getaway, then this is the place for you. There is a wide selection of food and drink choices. You won't be disappointed. Definately worth revsiting.
“Simply the Best”
My wife and I chose this hotel's all-inclusive package deal for our 2nd year honeymoon...and I have to say: Nothing comes close to the exceptional quality service we had. The beach was amazing, needless to say. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They took care of all the little things we thought was too much of a hassle: like switching to a non-alcoholic beverage upon check-in (which they graciously greeted us with). We had our own butler! Surely it's not an easy job, but to have our own butler at our beckoning call was unbelievable! We hardly had to use him, but it just feels really good to know you're being taken care of. The all-inclusive activities was a bit of a let down. Activities like catamaran and windsurfing....you can use their equipment, but if you lack experience, you'll have to pay up for the instructions... Cab rides to and from the airport costs between $35 to $40 for the 20min ride. Don't get the cab guys at the airport. Get the ones recommended by the hotel. The guys at the airport will pressure u to give them an insane amount for tips. We paid about $15 to get him off our backs. That's about a 38% tip!
