“"Hey mon"”
The hotel was great! Very clean, great selection of food, everyone very friendly. I suggest tipping the wait staff even though your food is included and it is not required this is how they earn a living......Bring lots of $1.00 bills with you to tip.
“Can't wait to go back”
I can't wait to go back! I was very happy with everything and everyone! The staff was extremely friendly. Food was excellent. I have nothing but great things to say.

An absolutely fabulous resort!! The hotel is just beautiful, and the staff is excellent. They are very respectful, always helpful, full of smiles, and also very professional. The entertainment was great too. I recommend the steakhouse and Italian restaurants. Very good food at the buffets, anything you could imagine. Stayed 5 days, but will stay longer next time. It was the most relaxed trip my husband and I have ever taken. No worries! Tipping is optional, but we always tipped. They very much appreciate it.

Great Place! Easy to get to and the staff is wonderful, food is great, and it is very clean. The only minor complaint is the beds are hard.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The food was great but the restaurants were always booked so we had to eat at the buffet. The employees were friendly and pleasant. I will stay here again this summer.

The hotel is great, newly built in Montego Bay, which is hard to find good and clean qaulity hotels in Jamaica.
“Great service, food and beberages. Very slimy beach”
Everything in this hotel is great, except for the beach, it looks beatiful but when you try to swim in there, you will find a slimy bottom, because this beach is man-made and it's more like a lagoon with seaweed.
“Best Vacation Ever”
Going to the RIU I had heard good things from other people, but once I got there the experience was worth more than words. They have a little island pick me up ready once you are getting checked in, and the whole time there was fabulous from the food to the staff.

“Location, Staff, Food all were excellent”
We travel a great deal and have many buffet meals. Usually they are mediocre. However, the food, at every meal was wonderful. Excellent variety and choices of very fresh and well prepared foods. From the time we arrived until the moment we departed, the staff was absolutely accommodating and gracious. The key to vacationing in Jamaica is not to be in a hurry. We have a room with a beach view and it was so peaceful.
