Registration takes place in an air-conditioned lounge with overstuffed seating, potted plants, and wicker-paddle ceiling fans. Guests are seated and presented chilled towels and champagne. Guests in rooms and suites that include Concierge Services have access to private concierge registration. A kiosk in the concierge center provides all guests high-speed Internet access (surcharge) and there is wireless Internet access throughout the property too (surcharge) for use with laptops. More extensive business facilities are available at a partner property for guests' use. The property has direct access to a private white sand beach where beach cabanas can be rented for a fee. Other amenities include a floor butler, billiards/pool table, table tennis, on-site medical assistance, and a doorman.

Situated in a secluded garden with orchids and candles, the Red Lane® health-and-beauty spa features couples' rooms, a 2-person spa tub in an alcove. The Red Lane® spa offers hydrotherapy, massage, body wraps and scrubs, beauty services, facials, paraffin treatments, and nail care. There is also a hair salon.

A cluster of 3 wooden-roof open-air pavilions house a fitness center with cardio and weight machines, free weights, and a workout area for aerobics, Pilates, and yoga classes; a sauna; and a 12-person spa tub and plunge pool. There are 4 pools in total, as well as 4 spa tubs and a swim-up bar.

Evening entertainment is on an indoor stage under a multi-colored fabric ceiling and includes karaoke, casino games for charity, cabaret entertainers, and staff/guest talent shows. A Monday night beach party features a Jamaican buffet, fire dancers, and a steel band. A disco offers DJ music nightly and provides bar service until late night/early morning. Daytime activities include games, and athletic competition, as well as shopping on site.

The majority of amenities and activities at the eco-friendly Sandals Montego Bay are included in the room rate; guests will not be charged extra for most amenities and activities (scroll up to the All-Inclusive Details section for more information).

Sandals' chapel serves as a site for weddings and also offers Sunday evening nondenominational services.

This oceanside resort has 8 restaurants and 4 bars on site, and offers 24-hour room service. Guests are also entitled to use facilities, including restaurants, at all Sandals resorts in Jamaica. Complimentary roundtrip transportation is provided to the 2 other Sandals resorts in the Montego Bay area (Sandals Carlyle and Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort & Private Island).

A resident nurse is on duty from 9 AM - 5 PM. Services are complimentary. There is a charge for medication and doctor's consultation, should those be necessary.

Tokyo Jo's - Open-air, oceanfront, Japanese-style pavilion with blue-tile roof, red wood structure, slate-and-marble floor. Wood-deck lounging area with overstuffed seating. Stir-fried main courses fashioned from ingredients chosen by guests. À la carte dinner nightly except Mondays. Reservations required.

Dino's Pizzeria - Delicious hand-tossed pizzas made and baked crisp in a Woodstone oven with the freshest gourmet ingredients.

The Cricketer's Pint (Pub) - Casual English pub with traditional pub cuisine. Open for lunch, dinner, and late snacks. Bar and pub open until late night.

Stewfish - Caribbean cuisine restaurant with authentic Jamaican flair, located on the beach. Reservations required. Dress code: Resort casual. However, bare feet are permitted.

Mariners (Beach Grill) - Beach-side grill offering salads, grilled fish, tasty wraps, burgers, and Jamaican delights, set on the sand gazing out to the Caribbean Sea.

Swim-Up Pool/Piano Bar - Open-air spot under cone-shaped wooden ceiling. Stone-and-concrete wall. Swim-up bar. Wood deck with oceanfront 8-person spa tub. Dress code, casual. Open daily.

The resort features 503 meters (550 yards) of private beach, consisting of a shallow, 274-meter (300-yard) section with water divided by narrow piers and a 229-meter (250-yard) section of flat sand extending 46 meters (50 yards) deep. Thatched shades and lounge chairs along the beach's entire length ensure tranquil sunbathing and swimming for all guests even when the resort is fully occupied.

4 pools provide freshwater swimming. The main pool measures 65 by 30 feet and is paired with a 10-person spa tub. Other pools comprise a 10-meter-diameter (33-foot) half-moon pool adjacent to the Red Lane® health-and-beauty spa; a 10-meter-diameter (33-foot) half-moon pool adjacent to Presidential beachfront 1-bedroom suites; and a small, free-form pool with swim-up bar that is part of the Piano Bar. There is also a fitness center and sauna on site.

Guests have use of canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, small sailboats, scuba-diving gear, snorkeling gear, hydro-bikes, windsurfers, complimentary bicycles, and 4 lighted tennis courts. Pilates, yoga, and aerobics classes are offered in a fitness center. Land sports include table tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, horseshoes, bocce, outdoor chess, volleyball, and tennis on 3 lighted courts.
