“Nice for the price!”

This hotel is new, clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated! It was a haven-especially after the rat hole I stayed in the night before. The staff were friendly. Once I figured out how to find it I really enjoyed it.

Since I had stopped overnight here in my travelling to FL, I enjoyed it so much, II decided to sty here again on the way home.

Was on the way -my trip was to Fl & I needed a place for the night- I don't travel well at night. I was so impressed that I booked the same hotel on my return trip home!

“Port in the Storm”

We stayed here en route to New Orleans, LA and this hotel served its purpose. It was an inexpensive one night stay. The room was clean, the bathroom was adequate, and the beds were very comfortable. We had to ask for a microwave as there wasn't one in the room as advertised. Staff provided one with no problems. We were a little uncomfortable with the surrounding neighborhood. We left very early in the morning so did not experience breakfast. Not a bad overnight overall.

“Don't Bother Unless You Are Desperate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

My husband and I are from the Atlanta area and we decided to come to Montgomery just to get away for the weekend. We got to the hotel and the curb appeal was less than desirable but we said what the heck. We checked in and began to unwind. We went to dinner and brought some food back. Later into the night we decided to munch on our lefovers but wanted to heat them up. Well the microwave did not work. We called down to the desk and when someone finally picked up, they said they would send someone. No one ever came. The next morning my husband went down to the desk and they offered to give him another microwave but he would have to install! I DON"T THINK SO. My husband is not on staff there. Your maintenance staff is responsible for that. The next thing was we decided we wanted some ice for our drinks. Ice machine on second floor where we were did not work so I had to go downstairs everytime to get ice. I am sorry to say that I didn't being it to their attention as I was afraid that they may tell us that we need to get our tools out and work on that as well! The coup de gras was when we checked out, I asked for a receipt. The guy at the front desk looked at me like I had grown another head and said, "I can't give you a receipt because you booked online" I just walked out and got in the truck!!!!
