“Very good hotel with friendly staffs”
It was a very clean and comfort hotel with reasonable price.
“Friendly staff.”
It would have been nice to know that the pool was going to be closed for maintenance when we went. And the ice machine was loud and making ice all night long - our room was right next to the ice machine. Also - didn't know parking and internet were extra fees.
“Recommended!”
Located in the nice area surrounded by various activities. Nice and clean rooms and pleasant personell. Recommended!
“Hotel Maritime Plaza”
Place was very well located close to St. Catherine St and a couple of doors from the Bar-B-Barn. Clean, have to pay for Internet though. Highly Recommended!
“Cozy and comfortable - great location”
We loved the Maritime Plaza! We chose it based on its location - one block away from bustling Ste. Catherine's Avenue for all the best shopping, a short walk from the Bell Centre, and we even walked to Mount Royal - but loved its cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The room was very pretty, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The maid service was exceptional, as well. Because I'm always cold, I added a blanket to my bed on the first night. When we got back to our hotel after a day of sightseeing, my bed was remade but this time with the blanket! Every day, I found the blanket in my bed! My friend doesn't sleep with many pillows, so he pushed them aside. Every day we found his bed with a neat stack of pillows beside it. The maids knew what we preferred and gave it to us. Great service! The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. And it was not expensive at all - we got a great deal through Expedia. There isn't a single thing I can complain about, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Great Place To Stay”
The service was great. The hotel was very clean. Everything was wonderful. Would definately return to this hotel again!
“Good value”
Hotel staff was very helpful. Good value for the location, very near good dining option and we walked to almost everything we wanted to see. I did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the bar or restaurant.
“For the price it was a great hotel”
Right near crescent st. Had a great night
“A pleasant surprise in Montreal”
The desk staff were extremely friendly and courteous and went out of their way to help with all of our questions.
“location, location, location.”
This is where you want to be. A few blocks walking-easily/safely to the main shopping district with money changers who give the best rate at their souvenior shops- lowest fees-stay away from banks-higher fees. Walked to the Metro stop-7 minutes and for $2.50 was at Old Montreal and the Cathedrel in ten minutes. Stay here. Clean; convenient; safe; great rates. Walk to cresent- Mausenuve for the best crepes w/fruit-$12.oo-beats the hotel buffet by a mile
