“Can't wait to get back”
I like to thank desk clerk Ahmed for his helpfulness regarding my wife's sickness.
“Best location in town”
The hotel sits on top of the cities underground hub. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were on the club level. I did not find these rooms to be much different from the others in the hotel. Although the lounge was very nice and Benoit the concierge was so nice and was very helpful with all of our needs. Our view was not very good but we were not in the hotel very much. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We will be going back to Montreal and we will stay here again. The hotels location made up for any other problems.
“Very happy with Hyatt”
A better hotel now that it's a Hyatt. A refrigerator in my room was a bonus as I like to have fruit, wine, and other groceries during my stay. Staff are helpful and friendly. The best choice for Jazzfest since it's right at the center of St Cat activity.
“Best Place to Stay for Jazz Festival”
Spent 3 nights here during the jazz festival. The outdoor terrace (by the pool) overlooks the main stage. Not only is it extremely convenient to the jazz festival happenings, but it also hosts the after hours jam sessions. Didn't eat here except for a midnight snack at the bar which was very satisfying, so can't comment on the hotel restaurant. This was our 6th trip to Montreal for the jazz festival and the first time we were within such close proximaity to the festival area. We will definitely be staying here again next year. If you're like us and want to spend as much time as possible listening to music, then there is no other place to stay.

we were very impressed with the location and you do not need a car as most attractions and shopping centres are within walking distance or on the nearby metro.staff were extremely friendly and helpful. would definately use again.
“A geat hotel in a great town”
The hotel was extremely cean. The personnel were more than anxious to please. Even the food in the hotel's dining room was well prepared and well presented. When I travel to Montreal again, the Hyatt Regency is where I wil stay.
“Great access”
This hotel had access to an underground mall, the subway system, and the museum of contemporary art. It's great becaus eyou don't have to even go out into the cold in order to eat, go to the atm, shop and do a number of other things. Service was great there and the people at the front desk were more than helpful.
“Can't wait to go back”
The hotel was a classy place, where the whole staff welcomed you and made you feel at home, I would definatley recommend this hotel.
