“Nice hotel”
Around this hotel there are a lot of trees (it seems to be you are in the forest)
“Great pool in beautiful morelia”
The requirements I have for a hotel is good bed, soft pillows, space in room, space in bathroom, air con, pool and quiet. All of those were met with this hotel. Alot of morelian hotels downtown are noisy and hard colonial style furniture which I don't like. Also alot don't have a pool. Others are perched up above town on the hillside. Great view but you can't walk anywhere. This hotel is walking distance to Starbucks, a mall, many great restaurants and then a short cab ride to el centro. Perfect for me

WE HAD A GREAT TIME IN MORELIA, THE HOTEL IS IN A VERY GOOD PLACE, VERY GOOD SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS!! BUT PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND STAY OUT OF THE HOTEL RESTAURANT (VERY EXPENSIVE AND BELOW AVERAGE TASTE) FOOD IS INEXPENSIVE IN THIS TOWN (COMPARED TO U.S. STANDARDS( SO GO OUT AND ENJOY) HAVE FUN AND BRING YOUR WALKING SHOES!!!
“Great Service”
Except for the room service, I was very satified. Room service was a disaster!

The hotel was ok. The service not so good, because the valet parking and the bell boys were too slow. Overall I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who'd like to stay.
