“Great new wing of Hotel”
The hotel is in front of a Cuernavaca Classic, good for Business stays as well as weekend getaways, would recomend the new Wing with new Rooms, and better Pool.
“Good service, great price for a nice hotel”
I think is the best option for price and service in a nice hotel,

The room was clean, equipped with flat screen TV and AC wall unit. The bed was comfortable. I found no issues with the room or the service.

The hotel and the sevice was very good. I also found the location perfect. The only down side was the cafe was very disorganized and the style was very out dated. Overall, a great hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Everyone very helpful and nice. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, nice place to relax. The only down side the hotel is hard to find.
“Great find in Cuernavaca, quiet and family friendly”
Good value for the price paid, the rooms are good size and comfortable, staff is friendly and always willing to help. The only negative thing was the pool needed cleaning towards the end of easter week (Mexico's busiest holiday) although it was perfectly clean at the beginning of the trip. Would recommend and definitively go back!
“GREAT value for money.”
Excellent choice. GREAT value for money. Only setback was that it advertises a business center, which really are two old computers in the lobby area. There were no printers, I had to use my USB memory and they helped me to print my documents in the reception desk computer, which resulted very expensive at 50 cents per print. I recommend going to a nearny office depot and print your documents there. Otherwise excellent cohice, super friendly staff and great acommodations.

Helpful staff, many of whom speak some English. Hotel fine for short stay but would not want to spend whole holiday there.
