“WVU campus tour”

Both my son and I were struck immediately by the friendliness of EVERYONE we met during our short stay. We had to tour the city, campus (both of them) and gather as much info as possible while there. I could not be more pleased with the helpfulness of the Hilton employees. Eric, Jeff, Jason were very helpful, as were the others, whom I cannot remember their names. We will probably be back in the late summer. Look forward to another visit!

The hotel was more than we expected for the price. We enjoyed the staff and the accomadations. They even had a map so we could find our way around town. We will be staying there again we go back to visit our daughter.

“Morgantown's Finest”

Second Hilton Garden Inn in less than a month. Booked due to excellent experience at first. This one as good as first in Mankato MN. Great value: High quality at reasonable cost.

“More than I expected for this area.”

Hilton Garden Inn Suncrest is VERY clean. New hotel with new carpets, beds, and other furniture make it feel like home. Everyone from front desk, maids, and people working the breakfast buffet including cooks were extremely helpful and very nice. Thank you for a nice stay!

“Will definfitely go back again”

The hotel was new, clean, and the rooms were a nice size. The staff was friendly. It was in a good location for visiting my daughter at WVU.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night while visiting West Virginia University with our two sons. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room (although the beds were a little hard for our taste). Other than that, we were extremely satisfied from check in to check out. We arrived at 1:00 a.m. after a 7 hour drive and needless to say the gentleman at the front desk was extremely accommodating and checked us in promptly. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to WVU. Go Mountaineers!!

“My Stay at the Morgantown Hilton Garden Inn”

I was in Morgantown for a work weekend and I really wanted a quiet room . This was! The bed and the pillows were excellent and the linens were clean. I truly appreciate that the coverlet is washed between each visitor. I enjoyed a poached egg both mornings - the chef was so sweet about making it the first day for me and when he saw me come in the second morning - he said ready for another? And the egg was one of the best I have ever had both days! Very helpful desk staff and wait staff too. Good coffee. Cookies midday and a great selection of teas. What a great hotel!

“A bit pricey, but but overall a good hotel”

This Hilton looks great, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet is excellent and the pool/fitness area is meticulously maintained. Overall we had an excellent experience and stay. The only negative point with this hotel is the strong musty/mold smell that we found in our room and in the rooms of two other families we traveled with (on floors 2 and 5). On another note, at the time of this writing, Expedia lists this hotel as a “Smoking” hotel with only smoking rooms available. That’s not the case – this Hilton is 100% non-smoking. I prefer a non-smoking hotel myself, however, the staff noted that when people check in with the idea they can smoke, they are sometimes obligate to honor the booking arrangement. Your experience may vary.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was that room service was very limited.
