“Great small hotel”

Very impressed coming from the metro area which the larger, grander hotels. Very clean and everyone was polite and helpful. I am definately going to book again when I visit later this year.

“Solid budget hotel”

Very clean place, great location at shopping plaza with several places to eat around. Close to highway which helps to get to various parts of Morgantown. Breakfast selection is basic continental (cereals/milk, bagels/cream cheese, several kinds of danish and muffin, juices and coffee). Noise is a problem but it is mainly coming from the hall. Overall very good condition for a budget hotel, will recommend for both overnight stay on a way somewhere and for a local stay on business.

This hotel perfectly served my needs: a place to stay in the middle of a road trip that was not too expensive. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was nice. Good buy.

Loved the location of this hotel...walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores and more. Room was big and nicely decorated...had a big desk and even a recliner, which my husband loved. Cont. breakfast was basic with cereal, pastries, juice, coffee, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to restaurants and just a few miles from the University (football and basketball areas). Room was nice and clean. Sheets didn't exactly fit the bed (corners kept coming undone). Staff was great!

“Convenient Morgantown Hotel”

The hotel was conveniently located just across the street from several restaurants and a small shopping strip, and just a short drive from downtown Morgantown. The hotel was clean and comfortable. For the price we were satisfied.

“Surrounded by stores & restaurants”

This was a pleasant stay! Our room was great and we were within walking distance to Red Robins, IHOP, & Outback! There were other stores as well! I must admit, we were hesitant to book here due to a few other negative reviews, but we found none of the complaints to be based on fact. We would definitely stay again! We stayed here to go rafting on the Cheat River Canyon which was an absolute BLAST!!! Definitely recommend that to anyone!
