“excellent hotel!”
Excellent hotel if you are planing to explore the Mount Rushmore / crazy horse Area. It's less than 5 minutes away from Mt Rushmore. Breakfast is good, clean hotel with a nice pool whirlpool. Really inexpensive although granted, it was February and really really cold.

Great hotel, very nice atmosphere. Rooms were clean and inviting. Pool, spa were great. Breakfast was hearty. Basically, an enjoyable stay.

The facilities were great. Location for our visit worked very well. The front desk staff could use more training in customer service, but most were courteous.

This is a fauirly new facility with friendly staff, conveniently located slightly away from the busiest street in Keystone.
“excellent customer service”
I will definitely return to this hotel next time I am in Keystone. The customer service was great. Due to a misrepresentation of the room description by Expedia, we were without a fridge and microwave. After notifying Andrea at the front desk of this, the problem was resolved by the hotel, even though they were not responsible. It is this kind of service (along with a good breakfast buffet) that will make us want to return to this hotel.

We were moved to a larger room with a refrigerator which was needed for medical supplies. They took care of every detail that was requested. Pool was cold, but the kids seemed to like it.
