“Excellent Location”

We were a group of eight transferring to Kruger Park. Everyone was very satisfied with hotel. The adjacent shopping mall was a definite plus for final shopping and a little exercise. The hotel pool was inviting. It appears most of the hotel customers may be business travelers as the rooms are set up with kitchenettes.

“Great location!”

The location is great. It's next to a shopping mall and close to the Kruger National Park. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was superb. I wish it was free though! (charges apply for breakfast)

“My favorite in Nelspruit”

I always enjoy the larger than average rooms and the fact that there is a well equipped kitchen for self catering. The large swimming pool is a welcome respite in the hot summer months. The Ilanga Mall which is adjacent to the hotel has all the shops and restaraunts you could need.

“Increadible good value in Nelspruit!”

For the shopper or for a Kruger Park excursion, this is extremely good value. The suites are not luxurious but well appointed and staff is very friendly and helpful. Internet rates are at least half the regular rates, so it is very much worth reserving on-line. There is a brand new shopping centre just accross the hotel, you can walk to it, no streets to cross. There are two gates to Kruger Park within 50 km.

“Noisy”

Not sure why, but surroundings were extremely noisy at the time of our stay. Hotel restaurant was terrible as they had run out of food at a buffet and we had to wait 40 minutes after ordering off of menu. Front desk staff at night was not very knowledgable or friendly.
