“OK if you don't expect much”
We arrived a couple hours early and they charged us for an extra night. Our room was expensive and extremely uncomfortable, and it is so far away from anything in Mumbai that it's a $20 cab ride to get anywhere. I would steer clear unless you just want to be close to the airport.
“Poor service & lack of hospitality ethic”
I have been to India more than 25 times over a period of 15 years, always on business. Although the facilities at this relatively small hotel are reasonably good, the service levels are way below par. I stayed 7 nights, and until I complained on day 6, they were still asking me for my room number at breakfast. Despite the fact I had a beer on the verandah almost every evening, the verandah staff did not recognise me when I walked in off the beach the 5th afternoon & asked me if I was resident at the hotel. Breakfast selection was poor, as was the service during breakfast (although it improved markedly after I complained to the breakfast manager). Be careful of the fine print on internet access ie limited validity.
“Nightclub”
We were there for two nights and it is like a night club with music blasting till 2.00am.
