“Perfect stop in Munich!”
First, about the area. This hotel is conveniently located near the business district, and several subway stops from Odeonsplatz and Marienplatz. The bus in front of the hotel takes you to Studentenstadt subway station on the U6 line. Another subway stop on the same line- Alte Heide - is a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Also, the Lufthansa shuttle bus is 15 to 20-minute walk to Nordfriedhof subway stop (one stop south of Alte Heide). The hotel: good price for a 3 star hotel. The only downside is the breakfast rate: 17 Euros per person. However, there is a cafe inside the supermarket in front of the Alte Heide subway stop, where you can grab a cup of coffee and a sandwich for under 6 Euros.
“Excelente service”
Great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the most important was the service at the front desk, they were very helpful.
“Great business-class hotel close to München”
Checkin and checkout were painless and speedy. Service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. There was nothing wrong in the room which was quite spacious and more than suitable for use as a base to explore München from. The food in the restaurant was a bit expensive for what it was but the service was still excellent.

Great Price!!! I think there are a few different standards of rooms at this hotel. I went for the lowest priced option. Not the fanciest but for the price it had everything I needed and a pretty convient location. If I can get it for that price again will definately be satying again.
“Nice place to say, expensive extras”
The Hotel is very modern but beware of the parking charges. You can park in the underground garage at a cost of 12 euros a day. The closest ubahn train station is about 1/2 km away so beware of a short walk to get to the ubahn station. The beds are very very hard which were fine for me but my girlfriend wasn't very happy with them. As for things to do around the hotel I wasn't able to much without having to take the ubahn to the Munchen Freiheit stop for the nightlife. Also if your stay doesn't include breakfast it costs 17 euros a person which I found to be rather expensive but the food wasn't that bad.
“Good value for money”
We stayed a week in December,2011.It was comfortable,clean and the staff very helpful.It was good value for our money since we booked the package in August. However ,there are a few drawbacks.It is quite far from the center.There is a bus nearby and it takes you to the underground station in 5 minutes.The breakfast at the hotel is only buffet and it costs 17 Euro.There is no possibility to have another type of breakfast.There is a good supermarket nearby,so food is no problem.We enjoyed our stay.
“Very clean and well kept hotel.”
Very clean and well kept hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Minor issue is that it's about a 15 minute drive from Marienplatz, the center of Munich. Meals inside the hotel are good but pricey for what's offered. Excellent prices for the room, felt much higher class than the price that was paid. Will probably stay at again in Munich and possibly at another of their locations.
“Munich's budget business hotels are alive and well.”
This is a budget hotel with commensurate comfort and service levels. Rooms are very basic but shower and bathroom are OK. Service in the restaurant was dire and there can be few hotels in Germany which have "run out of wine" at 8.30pm. The towaway service at 0530 for illegally parked cars in front of the hotel wqas unexpected and very intrusive. But it was cheap and at a major dicount to other hotels in Schwabing. You get what you pay for.
