“Very comfortable”

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Muskegon area. Very close to all shopping and freeway to any other location.

“Can't wait to go back”

I ran into an issue with needing a document that had been emailed to me. The desk manager was more than happy to help me, she allowed me to email it to her and she printed it for me. Great service and happy to let a helping hand.

“Muskegon Hotel”

“Great Place to Stay”

The hotel & staff were great. The only problem we saw was the neighborhood. There is a large parking lot behind the hotel and nightly a street sweeper swept the parking lot starting about 10PM and lasting until nearly midnight.

“Just fine”

My recent stay was just fine...very nice people working there from the front desk to the girl in the breakfast room. I am very picky about the hotels I stay at, so always reserved when staying at a new location, this one was just fine, clean and cozy. Breakfast had typical fare, yogurt, cereal, waffles, pastries....coffee...so much better than the stuff in the room!Fairly easy to get to right off the highway. My only 2 complaints would be the coffee in the room and no wifi in the rooms.

“nice place to stay”

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast had a nice variety. This is a nice hotel to stay at for business or leisure.
