“great place”
I had a great time there. I have to say that the parking deck has very tight turns for trucks & suv's.I read the reviews beforehand & came in my nissan sentra but my friends were cursing a little bit about it. great place!
“Will come back next year!”
My wife and I were celebrating our 33rd anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay, in fact we liked it so much we stayed an extra night. The staff was very quick to address any problems, which we only had one, but that made our experience a very good one. Thank you Monterrey Bay !
“Everyone loved the hotel”
I booked this hotel for my family to have a quick getaway...2 kids, 3 adults ages 8-70 and they all enjoyed this hotel. The hotel is just as nice as the pictures (thank god because alot of the rooms in myrtle beach look cheesy online) and it was right on the ocean. My son (aged 10) has a thing about comfortable beds and made mention that the beds felt REAL comfortable. I knew the hotel had a full breakfast so when I asked him if the food was good he said oh yes, it was delicious and my son knows good food so take his word for it. The pools open early and close late and they have flat screen tvs and a dvd player. Everyone agrees that it was a real nice place to stay, no problems and would recommend to others. The only thing mom says is that you may want to bring a few metal cooking utensils and a cast iron skillet from home if you plan to fry food. The room had plenty of everything including silverware and plastic cooking utensils which fortunately didn't melt when removing the french fries from the grease but it would have been good to have metal tongs. They had philly cheese steak sandwiches and fries.
“Excellent hotel for the money”
Very Good complimentary hot breakfast....and PM desert,too. Parking on your floor level is definitely a plus.

Hotel was better than expected. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Parking garage was the worst because small parking spaces.
“Great Stay”
Great accomodations. Enjoyed the dessert bar at night and the breakfast bar. Pools and hottubs were great as well. Definately will be back!
“I'll be back!”
This was a girl's vacation, so it was very important for us to feel safe. No problem there. The staff was very friendly. The suite was clean, and comfortable. All the comforts of home, with full frig, stove, microwave, toaster, can opener, and all the dishes you would need. We ate the complmentary breakfast each morning, plenty of food and a nice variety.
“More than what we expected.”
They had just completed installation of new carpet, beds, kitchen appliances. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning & the staff were always nice. The elavator situation was not as bad as we had reviewed prior to our trip, check out & check in times it was a little rough getting one but besides that, it wasn't bad.

Would stay here again. Clean, great location, good service.
